Training & Development

When you join our team, every member of staff will undergo a company induction. This induction will welcome you to the company, introduce our key staff, explain your roles in more detail, explain our company and sister companies to you and aims to make you feel part of the team.

During your induction we will also cover the basics, such as employment contract, what we expect from you and more importantly what you can expect from us, holiday entitlement and procedures and any other legal stuff that needs to be covered.

We will then set out your '12 Quiz Training programme, where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have and will have a better insight into the company and the job you will be doing.

After the initial training period is complete, all our staff will be continually monitored through our one-one training and development program. In addition to the hands on quiz night experience, we also provide customer service training following the NVQ Customer Services Level 2 and Level 3.
