Our Values

1. Professional

We believe that all our operations should be of a professional standard and this should be reflected through-out the company, from staff atitude and look, marketing materials, and software. Any area of the business should constantly strive to be of a professionally accepted standard.

2. Consistency

We will be consistent with our quiz format, and when changes occur they will be consistent across our quiz venues. We believe that no matter which of our venues you attend and no matter which host is hosting, a quiz teams experience of the quiz should not differ and the format should remain the same.

3. Enjoyable

All our quizzes should aim to be enjoyable, this will be done by keeping prizes relatively low value, avoiding cash prizes for the question quiz and encourging friendly banter between teams and the host.

We are each personally accoutable for the highest standards of behaviour, including honesty and fairness in all aspects of our work. We fulfil our commitments and responsibilities as entertainment providers.

We will be leaders within our industry and lead from the front. We will constantly develop new products and services which will leap our company to the cutting edge of quiz night services.
